I'm excited to be able to share my Promiseland series in a second venue, this time at Faust Salon in Santa Cruz, California. The show is on display now through June and there will be several community events that I'll be taking part in during that time. Faust is located at 110 Cooper St #100f, Santa Cruz, California.
Join the gay/bi/trans men of Santa Cruz for an evening of socializing and fun on Friday, April 26 from 7-10:30 pm. Monterey artist Paul Richmond is displaying his Promiseland series at Faust this month. In addition, he's bringing some life-sized pinup boys for us to color from his popular Cheesecake Boys Coloring Book. Faust and Fab Friday will provide refreshments. Donations at the door will benefit Pajaro Valley Pride Scholarship Fund. Come out and be a part of your fab community!
Faust is an awesome and unusual space to display work because the art gets hung much higher than in a traditional gallery. Here's a vid of us installing the show!
