There were two wonderful events celebrating the release of my book Star Gazing. The virtual book release party sponsored by Art Makes Us (watch above) was a memorable evening filled with art, stories, and community. Hosted by my friend Glodean Champion, some of the highlights included short readings from the book, a Q&A Session, and a meet & greet with some of my friends who contributed to the book. Body painting artist Brandon McGill spent the day transforming me into a work of art for the event.
On Saturday, October 19, from 7-9 PM, I shares Star Gazing at a special book release party at the Palenke Arts Teen Center in Seaside, California. The event was filled with engaging and interactive moments, featuring a display of my artwork, live performances, and interactive art projects. Attendees had the unique opportunity to get their copies of "Star Gazing" signed and participate in a vibrant celebration of creativity and community. Take a look back at this magical evening that celebrated art, inspiration, and my remarkable journey with the release of "Star Gazing: My First 40 Years As An Artist."
