Recently, we lost our friend, mentor, and You Will Rise co-founder, Linda Regula. There aren’t enough words to express our sorrow and pain. Our hearts go out to her family and to anyone fortunate enough to know and love Linda.
I am completely overwhelmed by this. At the beginning of summer, talented designer/publisher Kurt Schmierer reached out to me and asked if they could do a special edition of his publication, LGBT WATCH Pages, about me and my artwork.
It was an honor to design and paint this mural of our future President and Vice President with my friend Denese Sanders at the Democratic Headquarters in Seaside, California.
Saturday morning, I was with Linda Regula and her family as she passed. We surrounded her with love, stories, and special memories. There are no words to describe this heartbreaking loss.
